Since beginning her first day in professional sports with the New York Rangers on Sept 11, 2001 during the terrorist attacks, Dr. Kimberley Amirault-Ryan has excelled in high pressure situations. Dr. Amirault-Ryan established herself as a leader in her field, becoming the first woman to be the Performance Consultant with two of the largest professional sports organizations in North America, the New York Rangers and New York Knicks. Dr. Amirault-Ryan then became the Performance Consultant for the Columbus Blue Jackets and then for the Edmonton Oilers.
Dr. Amirault-Ryan has worked at five Olympic Games with the Gold Medal winning Women’s Hockey, Cross Country Skiing, and Speedskating Teams. The Canadian Olympic Committee selected Dr. Amirault-Ryan as the Lead of Sport Psychology for the entire Olympic team for the 2010, 2012 and 2014 Olympics.
Dr. Amirault-Ryan was also the Director of Sports Psychology at the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary for thirteen years where she provided leadership with a multidisciplinary performance enhancement team dedicated to the support of over 500 National Team athletes and coaches.
In the motivational speaking arena, Dr. Amirault-Ryan has been hired by companies worldwide to help train minds and attitudes to take people to the top of their chosen professional and personal aspirations.
